In addition to the GPS diagnostic, we offer a free advisory programme for business owners and SMEs called Focus on the Future. Its purpose is to support you as the economy starts to recover and you seek to grow your business.

This is the first of six modules and looks at analysing the current state of your business. The other five modules cover: providing practical ideas to support working capital and access to finance; managing debtors; managing costs; SWOT and strategic planning; and profitability improvement.
