Celebrating Summer Exam Success!

Here at Knill James we’re celebrating the achievements of staff members as they pass their final qualifications. The Partners are delighted with the success of Rachel-Layton Henry and Jason Wong (both pictured) in achieving the accolade of becoming fully qualified.

Rachel Layton –Henry has gained her Chartered Tax Advisor qualification (CTA), the highest level tax qualification in the UK.   Rachel joined Knill James in September 2015 working her way through the ranks from Tax Trainee to Tax Semi-Senior in February 2018 by completing her Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.  On being asked what she enjoys most working at Knill James she says;

‘I enjoy working more hands on with the Knill James clients and alongside my fantastic team, who are so supportive’
Previous to working with the firm, Rachel worked within the tax sector on the Isle of Man before relocating to Sussex.

Jason recently joined Knill James as an Audit & Account Semi-Senior, after completing a temporary contract with the firm earlier this year. Jason has gained his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is now a fully qualified professional accountant. Jason began his career in accountancy in 2011 and has gained extensive experience in accounting, business services, general tax enquiry and auditing.  On being asked about his plans for the future he says;

‘I hope to strengthen my technical knowledge and to continue to provide professional services to our valuable clients with my ACCA qualification.’

HR Partner, Sue Foster, is delighted with Rachel and Jason’s achievements and says;
