Knill James converts to LLP and creates new Business Hub

We are pleased to announce that the firm has converted to limited liability partnership status and on 1 March 2020 became Knill James LLP.

The conversion to LLP is the cornerstone in the firm's ongoing development of a more modern corporate structure. As part of this modernisation process, we are also delighted to announce the creation of a new Business Hub which will drive the digitalisation of the practice and assist our clients in doing the same for their businesses.

Nick Rawson, Partner at Knill James, said: “We are very excited about both these initiatives and the benefits that innovation and digitalisation will bring to our clients. In addition to accounting services, the Business Hub will help our SME clients to adopt cutting-edge IT systems, enabling them to maximise efficiencies and preparing them for the next wave of Making Tax Digital.”
