A warm welcome to Sarah Lake

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Lake as Knill James' new Practice Director.

Sarah joins us from Shaftesbury Young People, where she was COO and successfully led the charity through a period of change and transformation into a grant-making trust.

An FCCA, Sarah specialises in business process improvement and project management. She started her career in practice with PwC and then moved to Close Bros where she worked for 15 years in banking and finance.

Sarah said: “I'm very excited by this opportunity to use my knowledge and experience to improve Knill James' systems and processes to support the continued growth of the practice.”

David Martin, Joint Managing Partner, commented: “We are delighted that Sarah has joined us. With her expertise in business process improvement, she is ideally placed to drive the enhancement of our internal systems and procedures which will enable us to grow and at the same time deliver improved service to our clients.”
