Knill James advises on the sale of Southdowns Environmental Consultants to RWDI

Knill James is delighted to announce that its corporate finance team has advised the shareholders of Sussex-based Southdowns Environmental Consultants on the sale of their company to RWDI, a world leader in global climate engineering and environmental consulting.

A long-standing client of Knill James, Southdowns provides environmental consultancy services in the fields of acoustics, noise, vibration, dust, and air quality. Its reputation for service delivery and excellence, in-depth expertise and highly specialized support will complement RWDI's industry-leading capabilities in these fields.

The transaction, led and managed by Kirsty Wilson and Catherine Lambeth of Knill James, marks a new era of exciting opportunities for Southdowns, as the business is now positioned to address the emerging environmental challenges facing global clients.
