Knill James advises on the sale of SAS Energy to EDF Renewables

Knill James is proud to announce that it has advised the shareholders of The Ethical Renewable Company Ltd and Solar Advanced Systems Ltd (SAS Energy) on the sale of the business to EDF Renewables UK.

Kirsty Wilson, Knill James' double-award winning Corporate Finance Partner, led the transaction which involved both the corporate finance and tax advisory teams. The firm's role included providing support throughout the comprehensive due diligence process, deal negotiations, and the provision of tax advice, VAT advice and transaction support throughout the process.
