Knill James LLP appoints corporate finance partner

We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Kirsty Wilson to Partner, bringing the total number of partners to seven.

Kirsty joined the firm in 2007 and has nearly 20 years' experience in lead advisory corporate finance. She provides support to business owners at all stages of the business life-cycle and has led many businesses through successful transactions. With her extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, company valuations, MBOs, MBIs and restructuring, Kirsty will continue to develop Knill James' award-winning corporate finance team.
