Knill James shortlisted for four Dealmakers Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in four categories for the 2024 Insider South East Dealmakers Awards.

As well as being shortlisted in two of the Deal of the Year categories, we are also nominated for the highly prized Transaction Services Team of the Year award.

Our Transaction Services team have had a phenomenal year, marked by substantial growth in their capabilities and record fees. The team handled several large international and national transactions, and assisted clients with various funding requirements, such as MBOs, EOTs, and growth funding. This is the fourth year running that we have been shortlisted for Transaction Services Team of the Year, which is a testament to the consistent quality of our team's work.

In addition, for the third year in a row, our partner Kirsty Wilson is a finalist for Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year, after winning the award in 2023.
